Spicy Italian Sandwich

1/2 sourdough baguette or panini bread
1 oz. Columbus Prosciutto
1 oz. Columbus Hot Coppa
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. pepperoncini, chopped


Drizzle olive oil on both slices of bread. Layer with Prosciutto and Hot Coppa. Place chopped pepperoncini on top.

Tip: Hot Capicola or Hot Calabrese can be substituted for Prosciutto or the Hot Coppa.

Makes: 1 sandwich
