It is a big year at Roulez Magazine. This “bigness” does not just relate to the release of our first documentary feature film, Escaping Fed. Oh no. It is a Landslide year, one that breaks The Chain of tragedy and stress in our recent past.
Fleetwood Mac’s 50 Years – Don’t Stop
We are kicking things off in our great year of 2019. For that, Roulez Magazine’s Creative Director Nicholas Crawford attended the concert of his life in Washington, DC on March 5. That concert was none other than Fleetwood Mac, in their “50 Years – Don’t Stop” tour.
Yes, Fleetwood Mac has enjoyed more than a half century of success. They have been singing hits like, “Say You Love Me” and “Rhiannon” since 1967, when the trio of Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie started working magic together in the UK. Although Green left soon thereafter, along came the talents of Christine McVie, Stevie Nicks and Lyndsey Buckingham.
Today, Fleetwood Mac is touring to celebrate their 50 years. Along with this comes a retrospective album of best hits from their 100 million album sales worldwide. For this tour, the globally known roster of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Stevie Nicks, and Christine McVie adds newcomers Mike Campbell and Neil Finn to their talent mix. Oh Daddy – that is a once in a lifetime event to behold, for many.
A Night of Fleetwood Mac Dreams
According to our Nicholas, it was the best night of his life, a night of his Dreams. He was Hypnotized. You see, he has Big Love for this band and his life will never be the same. I guess you could say he is Never Going Back Again.
Fleetwood Mac, You Make Loving Fun. And for that, we pay tribute to your Songbird ways through photographs. You can Go Your Own Way as you continue on just about Everywhere on this concert tour. But on this World Turning so swiftly, we keep you right here in our hearts.
