Classic Italian Sandwich

1/2 baguette or 1 demi baguette, sliced lengthwise
2 oz. Columbus Sopressata
2 oz. Columbus Genoa
1-2 slices Columbus Provolone
1/2 oz. black olive tapenade
1 leaf Romaine lettuce
2 slices tomato


Spread black olive tapenade on one side of the bread. Place Sopressata and Genoa on baguette. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato slices.

Tip: To make spicy, add hot peppers.

Makes: 1 sandwich
