1 sourdough roll
4 oz. Columbus Pan Roasted Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
1/2 oz. Columbus Dijon Mustard
2 slices Gruyere cheese
2 slices cooked Applewood bacon
2 slices heirloom tomato
2 slices avocado
1-2 leaves lettuce
Slice the roll in half horizontally and spread mustard on both sides of the bread. Assemble sandwich starting with turkey and Gruyere. Add bacon and top with lettuce, tomato and avocado.
Tip: Substitute Swiss cheese for Gruyere, if preferred.
Makes: 1 sandwich
