The Bulleit Bourbon Swizzle dazzles you with a blend of sweet and bitter tones. It is a fresh, pretty drink with a touch of holiday color.

Ingredients:

1.3 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
0.25 oz ginger syrup
3 mint sprigs (take off leaves, remove stems)
3 dashes Angostura bitters
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Candied ginger, one piece

Equipment:

Highball glass
Jigger
Knife
Swizzle stick

Method:

  1. Shake the ingredients in a cocktail shaker without any ice
  2. Pour into a highball glass, topping with ice and swizzle, keeping the mint on the bottom
  3. Top with more crushed ice
  4. Garnish with three dashes of each of the bitters, a mint sprig and candied ginger
