What better way to kick off a holiday cocktail season, than with a bubbly fluted drink with a candy cane twist? This Candy Cane Mimosa certainly fulfills these holiday wishes. As your candy cane soaks in your cocktail (or refill after refill), the Mimosa grows redder, mintier and even more festive.

Ingredients:

0.75 oz white crème de menthe, chilled
1 dash chocolate bitters
Sparkling wine, to top
Melted chocolate chips
Crushed candy cane
Whole candy cane

Method:

  1. Rim a Champagne flute with melted chocolate chips and a crushed candy cane
  2. Add the white créme de menthe and chocolate bitters into the prepared glass
  3. Top with sparkling wine
  4. Garnish with a whole candy cane
